1998 Maxum 3000 SCR, There's no mistaking the Maxum Heritage of the 3000 SCR. There's the swept back angle of the wraparound windshield and radar arch...The integrated bow pulpit and sleek stainless steel bow rails. Up close, the 3000 SCR is equally impressive. The transom platform offers a telescoping swim ladder, a fresh water shower and built in storage. In the cockpit, plush seating invites conversation. There's a large U-shaped lounge to starboard that converts to a spacious sun-lounger. There is additional storage beneath and a cooler as well. The helm bench seat is adjustable and comfortably seats three. There's a full compliment of instrumentation wrapped up in the dash console. Every element speaks of classic, restrained elegance. There's a wet bar in the cockpit and a large sun-pad on the foredeck. One of the best ways to fully appreciate this boat is from the inside out, literally. In the galley, curving white cabinetry is accented with gold trim and knobs. There's a deep shine of Corian countertops and the warm glow of recessed lighting. The ultra leather lounge to starboard is soft and sweeps through in an elegant curve. It will also convert into a berth. Forward is an angled double berth with storage beneath. The midship double berth converts to a lounge area with cocktail table. You'll find overhead lights and reading lights, perfectly positioned over both the forward and mid berth. In the head, more yacht-like luxury. Constructed with a molded fiberglass liner, the spacious head offers a large shower, molded-in sink, marine head, mirror and overhead lights. |
